This Clarification Text has been prepared by Dentasay Sağlık Hizmetleri Sağlık Turizmi Eğitim Araştırma Tıbbi Cihazları İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Dentasay” or “Company”) in order to inform you transparently about the methods of collecting your personal data, the purposes and legal grounds for personal data processing activities, the principles regarding data transfer (if applicable), and your rights as a data subject under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law” or “KVKK”).

 

It applies specifically to the personal data obtained from customers receiving products or services from Dentasay, potential customers, and/or third parties.

B. Personal Data Processed

 

Depending on the commercial relationship between you and the Company, the types and amounts of personal data processed may vary according to the reason for processing. However, the personal data you share with the Company or obtained by the Company from third parties are categorized as follows:

  • Identity Data: Name-Surname

  • Contact Data: Mobile and home phone numbers, e-mail address

  • Transaction Security: IP address information, cookie data, website login/logout information, etc.

  • Other Data: Personal data specified in the “Message” section, appointment information

C. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

 

The Company processes your personal data covered by this Clarification Text for the following purposes:

  • Tracking requests and complaints

  • Carrying out product/service sales processes

  • Managing customer relationship processes

  • Managing communication activities

  • Managing business operations

  • Managing after-sales support services for products/services

  • Conducting activities aimed at customer satisfaction

D. Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

 

Your personal data are collected through the completion of the contact form available on the Company’s website.

 

Your personal data may also be collected and processed through digital channels such as:

  • Receiving customer information as part of the commercial relationship between the parties

  • Recording requests and applications submitted to the call center

  • Completing forms available on the Company’s website and/or social media platforms

  • Telephone calls, petitions, e-mails, or official request letters submitted to the call center or website by customers or authorities

 

The collection, processing, and transfer of your personal data take place in accordance with the fundamental principles set forth by the Law and under the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the purposes stated in this Clarification Text.

 

Your personal data covered by this Clarification Text are processed based on the legal ground of the legitimate interests of the data controller.

E. Transfer of Personal Data and Transfer Purposes

 

The personal data specified in this Clarification Text are not transferred to any third party.

F. Rights and Obligations of the Data Subject

 

As the personal data subject, under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data are processed

  • Request information if your personal data have been processed

  • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose

  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, domestically or abroad

  • Request correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed, and request that the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred be informed of such corrections

  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even if they have been processed in accordance with the Law and other related legal provisions, and request that the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred be informed of such actions

  • Object to any outcome to your detriment resulting from the exclusive analysis of your processed data through automated systems

  • Request compensation for damages in case your personal data are processed unlawfully

 

You can submit your applications regarding the rights listed above to the Company by filling out the Data Subject Application Form available on the website.

 

Depending on the nature of your request, your application will be finalized as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
